Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate
TYLE is named after the goal to allow our customers to STYLE their home without the $. We acknowledge from a customer perspective how important great pricing and low shipping fee are. Here in TYLE, we are proud to offer FREE trackable standard international shipping.
For those who would love to receive their orders as soon as possible, we also offer Express shipping for selected products. Make sure to check for availability in the product page and select Express Shipping in the checkout page to check for the shipping rates.
Leading Time
Leading time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. Leading includes production, checking, packing, and sending your orders to the shipment centre.
Please note that the leading time differ by products so make sure to check under the "Shipping and Returns" Tab before your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Please note:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- When placing your order, we consider the transit time when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date. It refers to the amount of time it takes your order to leave the distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
- We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at support@tyleinterior.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Order confirmation
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Please keep this confirmation e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Order Payment
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in AUD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from AUD to Local currency for you.
Separate Shipment
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. As we carefully source our products from top-notch suppliers all over the world, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Order Cancellation And Change Request
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@tyleinterior.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.
As for change request, we accept 12 hours’ notice update any changes such as quantity, colour, size, or shipping Address information. Please note that any change request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed
Missing or Lost package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Therefore, we politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at support@tyleinterior.com to report missing or lost packages and we will assist you the best we can.
